On European Heritage Day, the Petits-Bois Allotment Gardens in Versailles will be opening their gates to the public.
The Petits-Bois allotment gardens, comprising 80 plots of between 100 and 150 m² each, cover 1 hectare of land in the heart of the Jussieu-Petits-Bois-Picardie neighbourhood in Versailles. They are situated below the Fausses-Reposes forest and adjoin the Petits-Bois garden city. They are managed by the Association of Allotment Gardens of Versailles and the surrounding municipalities, which has owned the land since 1914.
