Synopsis:
Victor, a young boy, suddenly loses his beloved dog and best friend, Sparky. He then uses his scientific knowledge to bring him back to life.
But things don’t go quite as planned, as Victor makes a few minor alterations to his creation. He tries to hide him, but Sparky manages to escape. A chase ensues through the town, during which everyone learns that you can’t put life on a lead without facing the consequences.
