As part of the 17th Rencontres théâtrales de Buc the Théâtre des Arcades in Buc invites you to attend to the play "La Fleur au fusil".
It is the story of a democracy conquered by flowers and the union of a people. It is also the story of a love born between dream and reality, a true adventure with an air of romantic fiction. Questioned by her grandson, Céleste, a Portuguese immigrant in France, dives back into her memories: her youth choked by the dictatorship of Salazar, carnations slipped at the end of guns, freedom finally regained, and the tumults of a life marked by lack... but still enlightened by love.
