A universal symbol of life, growth and renewal, the tree takes centre stage throughout the exhibition. Deeply rooted in the earth while reaching towards the sky, it embodies the enduring connection between humanity and the natural world.
Through a variety of artistic approaches, the featured artists explore the shapes, textures and colours of the forest environment. Roots, bark, foliage and organic lines become the foundation of sensitive and poetic narratives. Shades of green, natural materials and the interplay of light and shadow create a rich and immersive visual language.
Far more than a simple representation of nature, the forest is experienced, reimagined and sometimes deconstructed to reveal its complexity. Veils, threads and openwork materials filter light like a forest canopy, creating delicate spaces where the eye can wander freely.
Some artworks explore the forest as an intimate reflection of our own roots and identity. Others highlight its vulnerability in the face of contemporary environmental challenges, reminding us of the importance of protecting these vital ecosystems for future generations.
